Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations are handled for orders placed on Fayviora. This policy is intended to provide clear information while respecting applicable consumer protection regulations.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Orders After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, the order must be handled through the return process after delivery.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Incorrect or Duplicate Orders
If an order has been placed incorrectly or duplicated, please contact us immediately at support@fayviora.com. We will review the request and assist where possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

Failed Cancellation Requests
If a cancellation request is received after the order has already been shipped, the request cannot be fulfilled. Customers must wait for delivery and follow the return procedure.

Abuse and Misuse
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests in cases of repeated misuse or suspected abuse of this policy.
