Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum required.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
  • Orders placed outside our cut-off time, 15:00 BST, are processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed

Shipping and Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Transit Time: 3-5 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: includes both processing and transit periods, resulting in a total delivery time of 5-8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier, and external factors.

Dispatch and Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Then you will receive a separate shipping update email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Order Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fayviora.com. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us at support@fayviora.com. Supporting photos must be provided for review.

After review, a replacement, exchange, or refund will be offered in accordance with consumer rights.
