Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- All original tags and packaging included
- No signs of use beyond inspection
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Request a Return

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us at support@fayviora.com. Supporting photos must be provided for review.
After review, a replacement, exchange, or refund will be offered in accordance with consumer rights.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval status of the refund.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. No restocking fees are applied.
Exchanges
